Shiv AI ("we", "our", "the app") is operated by Nalanda Enterprises, Chandigarh, India.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the messages you type into the chat. These are sent to Anthropic's API to generate AI responses. We do not store chat histories on our servers. No account creation or personal data is required to use the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your messages are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI model to generate responses. They are not used for advertising, profiling, or sold to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

• Anthropic Claude API — processes chat messages. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Netlify — hosts the application. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.

4. Voice Features

Voice input uses your device's built-in speech recognition (Web Speech API). Audio is processed locally on your device or by your device manufacturer's service — we do not receive audio recordings.

Voice output uses your device's text-to-speech engine — all processing is local.

5. Data Retention

Chat messages are not stored by Shiv AI. Conversation history exists only in your browser's memory and is cleared when you close the app.

6. Children's Privacy

Shiv AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
